HR Executive

Why you’ll love this position

We are looking for a talented HR Executive to join our company.

You’ll be working on:

  • Be responsible for the full-cycle of recruitment activities.
  • Be in charge of conducting induction and orientation to new hires.
  • Arrange all documents needed to welcome newcomers/handle exit clearance for resigned employees.
  • Collect monthly payroll data, including attendance sheets and overtime records and do the payroll to process payments to employees.
  • Cooperate with Line Managers centers to conduct the employee performance review.
  • Support and coordinate to organize company events.
  • Oversee and manage administrative operations.
  • Report all HR issues and activities to the BOD.
  • Other tasks to be assigned by BOD.


What do we expect?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, English, Law, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in the same position.
  • Having critical thinking skills to identify and solve problems proactively.
  • Excellent at planning and organizing work.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Honest, detailed, patient, supportive, and can-do attitude.
  • Good content writing skills and English communication skills.
