What You'll Do

  • Define sales strategy and tactics to penetrate the market.
  • Design a winning product pitch and sales funnels.
  • Investigate the customers’ demands and consult the roadmap tailored to their specific business case.
  • Consolidate customers’ demands to propose product’s features to the development team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales enablement materials and tools.
  • Collaborate with customer success to engage the whole customer journey.
  • Be a representative of the company to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Monitor market activities and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Hire, motivate, coach, and provide training to the sales team.
  • Keep up with the revenue stream.

What You Come with

  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or Consultation for Enterprises, preferably in Digital transformation products.
  • Professional manner with the right mindset for sustainable business development (Positive Thinking, Law of Attraction, Law of Karma, Happy Money).
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
  • A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • An entrepreneur with success-minded oriented and always willing to push boundaries.
  • A proactive listener and problem solver with the ability to think ahead of time.
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business sales and marketing strategy.
  • Good researching and data analytical skills.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload.
  • Fluent in English communication is a plus.
