What You'll Do

As the IT Support Specialist at Enlab Software, you will be responsible for managing our company's network and server systems while ensuring information security. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software errors, and performing regular checks and maintenance to ensure all computer devices are technically sound and ready for use. This role will also involve researching and deploying tools and applications to enhance work efficiency, in addition to other tasks.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and promptly diagnose and resolve hardware and software errors.
  • Perform regular checks and maintenance to ensure that all computer devices are technically sound, prepared for use, and compliant with security standards.
  • Manage the installation and upgrades of computer systems according to technical specifications.
  • Experience and proficiency in designing and managing internal networks: Including VLANs, Unifi networks, and Active Directory. Additionally, experience in ensuring security and protection through VPNs, Firewalls, and managing multi-layered device assets (Assets Management).
  • Experience in ISMS and Security: Familiarity with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and expertise in security practices would be considered a strong advantage.
  • Oversee the setup, installation, and effective management of IT assets, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Provide comprehensive support, including the preparation of documentation and reports related to computers, networks, and servers.
  • Conduct research to identify and deploy tools and applications that will enhance work efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team lead and carry out additional tasks as assigned within the scope of the role.

What You Come with

  • Diploma or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Support or related role.
  • Proficiency in handling various computer, network, software, and hardware issues.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills to investigate problems and determine solutions.
  • Strong communication skills in Vietnamese. 
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge in database maintenance and system security.
  • Ability to keep up with technological innovations and IT trends.
